The wool waitlist

Tomamu Sheep Farm, operated by Ryoji and Shiho Arimitsu in Tomamu, Shimukappu, Hokkaido, collects your email address when you join the wool waitlist. We also record the signup date and the page source. We use this information to send the wool-availability notice you requested and to manage your signup.

Joining does not subscribe you to a general newsletter. We do not sell the waitlist or use it for unrelated advertising.

Storage and service providers

The site is designed to use Vercel for hosting and Supabase for waitlist storage. These providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to operate and protect the service. We use service providers only as needed to operate the site and handle your request.

Removal and retention

You can ask to leave the list or request access, correction, or deletion of your signup by emailing tomamusheepfarm@gmail.com. We retain signup information only as needed for the requested notice, handling requests, and applicable legal obligations.

Cookies and external services

The site does not currently include advertising pixels or analytics tracking scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the browser requests needed to deliver them. Links to external sites, including Facebook, are subject to those sites’ own privacy policies.

Future shop

The online shop is not yet accepting orders here. We will update this notice to explain checkout, payments, delivery information, and any additional services before those features launch.
